Building new skills
Do you want to develop your interpersonal skills?
Do you want to boost morale and motivation in cross-functional teams?
Are you looking to improve the performance of your teams?
Interpersonal skills are social and relational skills, also known as “soft skills”.
The Project Management Institute (PMI) describes these skills as “power skills” in the PMI talent triangle®.
Less tangible than technical skills, we tend to forget that interpersonal skills are the cornerstone of teams’ good performance and collaboration.
The training program for leaders and project managers aims to provide a space for the development and practice of interpersonal skills, through use cases, feedback and experimentation.
Some examples of soft skills covered:
- Active listening
- Feedback
- Agility
- Collaboration (including virtual collaboration)
What will you gain?
- Understand your role in facilitating agility and collaboration in the team
- Develop constructive relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Learn how to motivate teams and communicate with impact
- Explore experiential learning
