I am Laurence Pirens, the founder of Green Bag Project.
Holder of an economic degree, I have 20 years of experience in collaboration, project management, change management and consulting.

I started my career as a financial manager in the public sector, and was confronted very early with the importance of agility. While leading the transformation of my department, I realized the importance of supporting my team through transitions they face, however small or large.

Familiar with complex environments and cross-functional teams, I am experienced in process improvements, strategy execution, risk management and organizational change.

Throughout my career, I have often worked in project mode, with team members who did not report to me hierarchically.

I have observed that the most successful projects are the ones where everyone finds their place and where teams know how to work together.

This observation led me to coaching. In 2015, I started my coaching journey, with CTI, the Co-Active Training Institute, in London and I completed my education with team coaching training (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) in London and Paris.

I am a certified coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Training Institute since 2016. I am also a certified practitioner from the Institut Aristote, in Paris.

The value of introspecting to align our actions and activities (what we do) with our true self (who we are), is obvious to me.

I therefore recentered my career on coaching to support my clients in becoming the best version of themselves and in fostering constructive and healthy relationships.

I reveal and nurture talents, connect them and put them in action to deliver long-term value, by integrating their technical and soft skills.
